Farmer training programs are essential for the development of farmers, increasing competitiveness, and sustainability in agriculture. The training programs designed by ARAC cover various fields of agriculture, in particular:

    Education on the latest discoveries and research in agriculture, which can improve yield and product quality.

  2. Business planning and farm management

    Developing financial management, agricultural marketing and strategic planning skills to increase the economic efficiency of farms.

  3. Accessing national and European funds

    Training farmers on financing possibilities, starting with national funds and continuing with European funds for rural development, to support investments and improve infrastructure.

  4. Natural resource management

    Courses on water, soil and waste management to ensure sustainable agricultural practices and environmental protection.
