Call for Trainers under the Agricultural Advisors Training Program

The Agricultural and Rural Advisory Center of the Republic of Moldova announces the launch of a selection competition for trainers who will contribute to the implementation of the Basic Training Program for Agricultural Advisors. The program has a total duration of 150 academic hours, of which 50 hours involve direct interaction with the trainer and 100 hours are allocated for individual study. The program is equivalent to 5 ECTS credits and is structured into three main modules:

Module 1 – Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), AKIS and risk management in agriculture;

Module 2 – Sustainable management of nutrients, land and farm resources;

Module 3 – Antimicrobial resistance – causes and prevention solutions, innovative technologies and occupational safety in agriculture.

The Center seeks professional trainers with relevant expertise and teaching experience in the specified fields, who are able to contribute to strengthening the competencies of future agricultural advisors.

Applicant requirements include: higher education in a relevant field, at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, experience in training or continuous professional development, strong communication skills and the ability to work with adult learners.
