On 18 December 2025, at Agrotek Arena, hosted by the Faculty of Agricultural, Forestry and Environmental Sciences of the Technical University of Moldova, the second edition of the Agricultural Innovation Fair “Achievements and Opportunities” will take place. The event is dedicated to promoting modern solutions for the agriculture of the future and strengthening dialogue between academia, the private sector, and the farming community.

The event is organized by Agrotek Arena, the Faculty of Agricultural, Forestry and Environmental Sciences – TUM, and the Agricultural and Rural Advisory Center (CCAR), with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.

The Agricultural Innovation Fair serves as a relevant platform for farmers, companies, and institutions interested in sustainable, digital, and efficient solutions adapted to the challenges of climate change and the quality requirements of local and international markets. During the event, the latest technologies and best practices applied in horticulture, viticulture, conservation agriculture, vegetable production, and livestock farming will be presented.

This edition includes five thematic sessions, during which current trends will be showcased and the most pressing challenges facing the sector will be discussed. The sessions will focus on digitalization and technologies for conservation agriculture, adaptation of horticulture and viticulture to climate change, innovation in livestock farming in line with European standards, and solutions aimed at increasing competitiveness in vegetable production. The sessions will be coordinated by professors and researchers from the Faculty of Agricultural, Forestry and Environmental Sciences and will bring together experienced farmers, representatives of agricultural technology companies, sectoral associations, and innovative initiatives from the Republic of Moldova.

In addition to the discussion sessions, participants will have the opportunity to interact directly with representatives of companies and organizations active in the field of agricultural technologies, within an exhibition organized at Agrotek Arena — the first agricultural technology innovation center in the Republic of Moldova.

Through this edition, the Agricultural Innovation Fair aims to facilitate open dialogue between research, agricultural entrepreneurship, and innovation, offering concrete examples of how modern technologies are being applied in farms across the Republic of Moldova and the wider region.
