The Agricultural and Rural Advisory Center (CCAR) is launching the procedure for selecting agricultural advisors to be included in the Advisors List. This list is used by CCAR in the process of procuring agricultural advisory services to identify potential service providers and contract them for delivering specialized services according to farmers’ needs.

Eligibility Conditions

The selection process is open to individuals who:

• Hold a certificate of completion of the basic training program for agricultural advisors issued by the Center;
• Have participated in professional training (courses, workshops, conferences, seminars, etc.) in the advisory field or related domains within the last 3 years.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents to apply:

• Completed application form (according to Annex 1 of the Regulation);
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• Copy of the certificate of completion of the basic training program;
• Copies of documents confirming participation in professional trainings over the past 3 years;
• Consent form for personal data processing (Annex 2 of the Regulation).

If applying for multiple advisory fields, a separate application with supporting documents must be submitted for each field.

Selection Procedure

The selection of agricultural advisors will be carried out in two stages:

1. Verification of the submitted dossier;
2. Interview test evaluating the applicant based on the following criteria:
   • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
   • Communication and interpersonal skills
   • Motivation and professional commitment
