The Agricultural and Rural Advisory Center launches the selection procedure for agricultural advisors to be included in the Advisors List. The list is used by the Center in the process of procuring agricultural advisory services to identify potential providers and contract them for delivering specialized services according to farmers’ needs.

Eligibility Conditions

The selection process is open to individuals who:

• Hold a certificate of completion of the basic training program for agricultural advisors, issued by the Center;
• Have participated in professional development activities (courses, trainings, conferences, seminars, etc.) in the advisory field or related areas within the last 3 years.

Required Documents

To apply, candidates must submit the following documents:

• Completed application form (according to Annex no. 1 of the Regulations);
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• Copy of the certificate of completion of the basic training program;
• Copies of documents confirming participation in professional development activities in the last 3 years;
• Consent for processing personal data (Annex no. 2 of the Regulations).

If applying for multiple advisory fields, a separate application with supporting documents must be submitted for each field.

The selection procedure for agricultural advisors will be conducted in two stages:

1. Verification of the submitted file
2. Interview test evaluating the candidate based on the following criteria:
   • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
   • Communication and interpersonal skills
   • Motivation and professional commitment

Submission Method

• By email: to cancelaria@ccar.maia.gov.md – documents must be signed electronically.
• In person: at the Center’s headquarters (180 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., office 905).

If documents are sent by email, the original file must be presented no later than the first selection stage (July 4, 2025). Originals will be used to verify the authenticity of the attached copies.
